Graduation Requirements

St. Benedict Technical College – Preparing Students for Purpose and Progress

Graduation is a proud moment in the life of every student, and we are committed to ensuring the process is smooth, transparent, and celebratory for all eligible candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for graduation, a student must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. Academic Completion

    • Must have successfully attended and passed all semester examinations across two (2) academic years.

  2. Financial Clearance

    • Must have cleared all college dues for the two academic years.

  3. Verification & Graduation Fee

    • Must have verified academic results with the Office of the Registrar.

    • Must have paid the official graduation fee after verification.

Note: Only students who have met all the above requirements will be included in the official graduation list.
