Registration Guidelines & Requirements

We are delighted to welcome you to the registration process! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, kindly review the guidelines and requirements below. Every student must present the necessary documentation at the time of registration.

General Registration Requirements

All students are required to provide the following:

  1. Official Identification Documents:
    • Original NIRA birth certificate or National ID.
    • UCE, UACE, Advanced certificate (Part II/III), or National certificates transcripts.
    • Any equivalent academic document.
  2. Medical Examination Form:
    • A completed medical examination form prepared by a certified professional doctor or personnel detailing the student’s health status.

Additional Requirements for International Students:

International students must provide:

  1. Passport:
    • A valid passport for identification purposes.
  2. Letter of Residency Approval:
    • An official letter issued by the Foreign Affairs Ministry or Embassy confirming the student’s stay in the country.

How to Apply

Joining St. Benedict Technical College is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to secure your place for the 2025/2026 intake:

  2. Complete Your Application:
    • Fill in all required details, including the program’s full name or program code, academic background, and personal contact information.
    • Ensure every section is completed accurately to avoid delays.
  3. Attach Supporting Documents:
    Prepare and include necessary documentation such as:
    • Academic transcripts
    • Valid identification
    • Proof of payment for application fees
  4. Make Payment:
    All payments or transactions must be made to the official college bank account:
    Centenary Bank, A/C No. 3810600029
    Applicants may use Cente Agent or the School Pay Code provided after reporting to the college.
  5. Submit Your Application:
    • Send the filled application form and relevant documents online via email to admissions@stbenedictcollege.ac.ug.
    • Ensure you attach a scanned PDF document of the completed form, supporting documents, and proof of payment receipt for your application to be considered.
  6. Follow Up:

For International Applicants

Applicants from outside Uganda must attach photocopies of original academic documents in addition to UNEB/NCHE equated results. Our admissions team is readily available to assist international students throughout the process.
